If you have not turned in your magazine fundraising
envelope, please do so TOMORROW or your student will not get to collect any prizes.
Mondays we have a pizza hot lunch that is
catered by Chef’s Deli. This is a fundraiser for our students so they can
go on a school field trip. The cost is $3.50 per lunch for 2 pieces of pizza,
a side dish, dessert, and juice. What a deal—cheaper than a Happy Meal
(and much more healthy, too)! If you would like to join your child for lunch
that day, please let us know by 10:00 am so that we can order enough pizza.
Our 8th Grade is currently doing a class fundraiser
selling pies for Thanksgiving. Please see Angelica Sickel to order this week!
Please join us on Saturday November 22nd at our
Game Night to decorate our Thanksgiving Baskets. Please make an extra effort to bring your children out for this important
event. Also, please let us know if you know of anyone who might need a basket.
Tuesday, November 25, at 10:00 A.M. we will be helping
to deliver the Thanksgiving baskets. We need parents’ help with transportation
for this event. Please see one of the teachers if you are able to help out.
Please join us Friday mornings at 9:00 am
in the church for morning worship! All parents, friends, and family are welcome
to come join us!
More dress down days! Please check the “Dates to Remember” section for upcoming dates for dress down for $1 days. We need to help support Sebastian, our sponsored child with Compassion International. For more information on Sebastian, please see the hallway bulletin board.
Please remember that Bible Study with Mrs. Milmine
for the younger students has been changed from Monday afternoons to Wednesday afternoons.
Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes must be turned
in by this Wednesday, November 12th. Please contribute to this worthy cause. Its such a wonderful experience for your child to be able to shop for another child
his/her own age. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Small.
