EXCITING SPIRITUAL EVENT
Our TAS family,
Church, Family and Friends were so blessed by the stand of our grades 5 – 8 students in giving their hearts totally
in commitment to God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit.
On Sabbath
morning, May 30th, students baptized were Erica Medina, Angelica Sickel, Mikaela Wicki, Katherine Steinbacher,
Carly Steinbacher, and Katherine & Carly’s sister Samantha. In a Monday
morning Chapel, Andres Gomez was also baptized.
Your commitment
between you and God will help you to always keep your hand in His. He will see
you through everything life hands you.
BIBLE STUDY
Go therefore
and teach all nations in the name of the Father, and the Son and
the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you and lo, I am with you always even unto
the end of the world. Mathew 28: 19, 20.
TAS students
completed the Bible Study Course “The Cool News of God’s Word” presented by Bible Instructor Marilynne Milmine.
They were presented with a Certificate of completion at the Tranquility Seventh
Day Adventist Church
on Sabbath morning May 30th just before their Baptism. For those who were not present the certificates were presented at a special Chapel on
Monday morning.
Those completing
the Bible Studies were: Reina Cala, Andres Gomez, Jonathan Gomez, Erica Medina,
Angelica Sickel, Carly Steinbacher and Katherine Steinbacher.
GYM NIGHT
Our last gym
night for the school year was last but surely not the least. We all had such
a great time. The fashion show was a hoot with (Alexandria Diaz) as Pebbles Flintstone,
(Nicole Medina) as “Filmy”, (Mrs. Armstrong) as Cheep Boutique, (Mikaela
Wicki) as Babe A Mabe, (Angelica Sickel) as Random Skater Girl and (Marvenas St. Luc) as Haitian Dude.
We continued
on with games such as the 3 legged race, winking game, and the egg relay.
There were
lots of delicious snacks provided by Mrs. Sickle, benefits going to Grade 8 Class Trip for all the hungry game players.
No one wanted
to leave when the night was over! It is such fun getting together in a casual
setting.

9, 2009. We will leave at 8:30 am. and return at 3:15 pm.
